We will be there roughly one hour before the start of your party to set up.  We will try to pick up within one hour from the end of your party.  Please allow for 30-45 minutes of cleaning when we arrive to pickup.

Pick up cannot be past 7PM unless previously agreed upon.

If you have pets, please ensure that there are no droppings in the yard before we arrive.

If you cancel your reservation, you will lose out on your security deposit.  We do allow rescheduling up to 7 days before your event.  The only exception to this is weather - if there is an expected storm on the day of your party, we can reschedule to another available date.  Once we setup our equipment, there is no longer an option of rescheduling.

No shoes, food or drink, sand, silly string, confetti, face paint, glitter, slime, or sharp objects on the bounce houses.  Any of these could result in additional cleaning fees.  Besides that, the only rule is to HAVE FUN!

We are located in Newport, North Carolina.  We service all of the surrounding areas and even up to Jacksonville.  If you aren't sure if we service your area, just reach out and we'll confirm!

We offer FREE delivery up to 10 miles.  After 10 miles, we charge a $0.99 per mile fee.

We can set up on Grass, Concrete, Turf, or inside of your home.  

We CANNOT set up on rocks, dirt, or gravel.  

Please make sure that there is an electrical outlet within 50ft of where you would like to place the bounce house.  If this is not possible, we can provide a generator at an extra cost.

We wash and sanitize all of our equipment after every event.  On top of that, we do a deep clean of our inventory once per week.  We take the health and safety of all of our clients very seriously!

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured!  We are ready to set our equipment up wherever you'd like to have your event.

* Some venues may require additional permits.  If this is the case, it is the client's responsibility to ensure all of the proper permits have been obtained before the event. *

We are proud to offer a discount to any active or former member of the military.

We expect normal wear and tear of our inventory.  We have a list of rules that we do expect you to follow to keep the clean-up process as easy as possible.  Any rules not followed that result in us having to do extensive cleaning (glitter, face paint, etc) can result in an additional cleaning fee.  Anything that can result in permanent damage of our inventory can result in more additional fees up to the original cost of the inventory.
